The wax I got came in perfect condition and is really great. However, the customer service was even better. UPS somehow lost my package somewhere and was taking forever to contact AZMemorials back, so they just went ahead and shipped me a replacement for free. 1000% happy with the way that they responded to me and kept me updated while trying to get my package found and figured out.
