Delivery Information

Please take note of the lead time specified on each product page. Many of products are made-to-order and require special attention, such as, custom engraving, emblems, photo integration and color variations. We do our best to expedite this process so that the handling time is as short as possible. Our 14KT Gold jewelry and all rings (gold/silver) and memorial items (plaques/markers) are can take anywhere from, 1-5 weeks, depending on the customizations needed. These items should not be purchased if you need them immediately. After a memorial is ordered we will send you proof so you can verify the spelling and placement for approval. We will not put the item into production without your approval. So please be sure to check your email, (including the spam folder) 48 hours after submitting your order online. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your order details. Please reference your Order ID # when inquiring about your order. Tracking info will be sent in a separate email as soon as your order is shipped. If you ever have any questions, do not hesitate to ask: support@azmemorials.com. We reply to all emails within 24 hours (not including weekends) but generally we reply much sooner.

All grave markers are free Standard Ground shipping to the lower 48 states. We do not hide inflated shipping charges on the final step before confirming your order like some competitors do. You can avoid all of these headaches and unwanted surprises by shopping at AZMemorials.com

All items valued at more than 300 dollars are shipped with insurance, at no additional charge to you.
 
If your inquiry is about when your package will arrive please enter your tracking number here for USPS or here for UPS. We cannot provide you with any more details than the USPS/UPS websites can. When we call them an inquire for more details, they read to us from the same page.
 
If your package states it has been delayed and it's in the USPS' hands, well cannot help make the package move any faster, if it is stuck in transit CALL USPS, FedEx or UPS as the recipient you will get much faster resolution than we can. It is uncommon for a package to be delayed or missorted but it does happen. CALL USPS 800-275-8777 or 800-PICK-UPS and ask to open a case.
 
Tracking online says the package was delivered but you still don't have it?
 
Unfortunately, we can not replace or refund orders that have shipped and are marked as "delivered". That is not our responsibility. Please call USPS, FedEx or UPS and file a claim for your package.
 
Didn't receive an item in your order?
 
We are human and do (rarely) make mistakes when filling orders. Sometimes we will ship a partial order and backorder the missing item and ship them separately when they arrive. This usually only takes an additional week or so. When an item is backordered we will clearly mark the item(s) on your invoice. 
 
Please note that we are not in control of USPS, FedEx or UPS, we do not profit on shipping costs, what you pay for shipping is what we pay for postage. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS tracking to confirm delivery of an order. If a package is marked delivered but not received and we shipped to the correct address provided during checkout, that would indicate a problem with the carrier or possibly theft which we do not cover.
