We will create and send you a proof of your loved one's memorial before the final piece is made. If you need to scan your photo- scan at 600 dpi and save in JPG format or take a high resolution digital photo of the photo; for best results, lay the photo on a clean, flat surface with good lighting and use your camera phone to take a picture of the photo.
